Amanda Uliano

Amanda M. Uliano serves as Of Counsel to Martinez-Monfort, P.A. In this role, she provides counsel in the areas of business law and commercial litigation. Amanda also manages her own law practice, where she provides advice to clients on various legal matters affecting business interests and represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters.  She has varied experience in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, including prosecuting breach of contract and breach of lease suits, fraudulent transfer litigation, commercial foreclosures and eviction actions.

Amanda received her undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and her law degree from Duke University School of Law. She is involved in numerous community activities throughout Tampa Bay, including Leadership Tampa Alumni, where she has served as a Past Chair, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association where she serves on the Board of Directors.
